• Skullcap- reduces anxiety, stress, nervous tension, and helps restore restful sleep.
• Wood Betony- aids digestion, calms the mind, relieves headaches and nervousness, relaxes skeletal muscles.
• Catnip- calms the mind, aids digestion, and alleviates nervous exhaustion.
• Passionflower- calms the nervous system
• Hops- relieves insomnia and improves sleep,  helps decrease hot flashes, antiviral, antibacterial.

Precaution with this blend:

• Do not take this tea blend with other sleep inducing medications - prescribed or over the counter.
• Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Hops is generally safe however: Some chemicals in hops act like estrogen. People who have conditions that are sensitive to hormones should avoid hops. Some of these conditions including breast cancer and endometriosis.
